Product management is an organizational function comprising planning, forecasting, production, testing, and marketing of a product(s) at all stages. The role consists of product development and product marketing, which are different, yet complementary, with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share, and profit margins. Product management also often entails having products tested or approved by various agencies. Data and videoing these test, besides being of value on their own, can also be used for marketing purposes. IMH International is experience in product management and has also has dealt with all aspects of testing of products from investigating and understanding regulations; planning testing; finding and negotiating testing facilities; documenting testing; and using data for production and marketing purposes. Testing and regulation experience has included field; underwater; pressure; load; waterproof; wave/swell; chaffing; destructive; Cordage Institute; ISO; government; EPA; water authority; Coast Guard; Army Corp. of Engineers; and military testing (MIL-STD).
